The Energy Efficiency Group was founded in 2013 by longtime industry professionals.

The Energy Efficiency Group (TEEG) provides consulting, auditing, design, bid package development, project management, measurement and verification, and inspection services to Utilities, Municipal and State Government Agencies, and other ESCOs.

TEEG works with licensed, certified electricians to provide energy audits and develop and implement energy efficiency projects, greatly reducing customers’ energy expenses. TEEG utilizes utility rebate programs to provide customers with great value that leads to rapid returns on investment for projects throughout New England.

Leads project design, implementation, budgeting, utility compliance, and job site coordination. Oversees lighting audit and project design process. Develops and manages strategic initiatives, municipal and state government consulting, and industry collaborations.

MICHAEL BOSSIN

Founder, Vice President  

Michael has more than 35 years of experience in the energy efficiency industry, building and managing high performance teams and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to achieve ambitious programmatic and financial goals. He co-founded and operated Coneco Corporation, an ESCO that delivered more than $200 million in projects for its clients. Boston Edison acquired Coneco Corporation in 1995. Michael also created an industry-specific project management system that has been operational for more than 25 years and is currently emulated across the industry. For TEEG, Michael assists with project design, implementation, and oversight.

Brittany Becker

Project Coordinator

Brittany provides support to the project management team on energy efficiency consulting projects, energy audits, and turnkey installation projects. She develops programs to help clients implement EV charging installations and deepen their carbon reductions. Brittany also leads business development initiatives and drives new partnership growth with public and private customers.
